• Acquisition and campaign data: normalized source category, medium, campaign, approximate network country code and successful inquiry count. Advertising click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID are retained with a submitted lead only when marketing consent is present.

A recorded click shows that a link was selected; it does not prove that a call, message or email was completed. Acquisition entries are still counted at most once within a rolling 30-minute window, and successful form leads are measured against those human entries. Detailed page/IP/browser/click records are automatically removed after the retention period configured by an authorized administrator (90 days by default). Because consent may be rejected and referrers may be unavailable, these figures are directional and do not represent every person.

Recognized crawler and automation requests may be recorded separately for security, abuse analysis and service operation. User-agent classification is an indication only; useful crawlers and suspected unwanted automation are kept outside human page-view and conversion totals.

A successful inquiry creates a business lead containing the information submitted in the form, its form type, validated submission IP, user-agent and device summary, detected source/campaign and country dimensions, workflow status and any later sale result. The customer-entered country remains separate from the approximate network-country code.

You can accept, reject or customize optional categories in the cookie banner and later reopen Cookie preferences from the footer. Withdrawing a category updates the consent state and removes known Google measurement cookies from this domain; provider-side retention remains subject to the relevant provider terms and applicable law.

6. Recipients and Service Providers
